Acetate Sunglasses Sourcing privacy policy

This page explains how Acetate Sunglasses Sourcing may use inquiry fields when a live production endpoint exists. Until that endpoint is verified, a submitted form remains a written request stored only as the receiving system allows.

Fields we ask for

Name, company, work email, phone and procurement requirements. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. They are merged into the same requirements field when JavaScript is available and are not extra backend columns.

Use of the brief

We may share the written requirement with factories so they can quote the same acetate sunglasses specification. We do not sell inquiry lists. We do not use the form to claim a completed order or a published customer roster.

Retention

Retention follows the receiving system once a production inbox is accepted. This public site does not publish a street address or a personal mailbox as a substitute channel.
